Frustrated By Alleged Slam By 2nd ESCO, Shopping Customer Returns to NiMo Rather Than Original ESCO

October 09,2014

CBS-6 Albany reports on a customer, who was already being served by one ESCO, who alleged that they were slammed by another supplier.

Notably, the report indicates that the customer, frustrated by the experience, opted to simply return to National Grid, rather than their original ESCO.
