Bloomberg reports that 10 potential bidders have signed non-disclosure agreements to conduct due diligence in exploring a potential bid for Oncor.
Bloomberg reported CenterPoint Energy Inc., Berkshire Hathaway Inc., and Hunt Consolidated Inc. as among confirmed companies which have signed the NDAs to explore a bid.
