Union Official: Electric Deregulation Has Hurt Customers (Re-regulate)

The Hartford Courant published a letter from John Fernandes, Business Manager of International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 457, arguing that electric deregulation in Connecticut has hurt customers.

Fernandes advocates for re-regulation, or municipalization, of utilities.
