Retail Suppliers File Complaint At FERC Against California ISO

June 18,2014

The Alliance for Retail Energy Markets and Shell Energy North America (US), L.P. have filed a complaint at FERC against the California Independent System Operator Corporation regarding CAISO's intent to charge allegedly retroactive rate increases and surcharges.

The dispute centers on Amendment No. 60 and related matters in the CAISO tariff, which became effective in 2004, but which was also subject to a complaint and refund, and which was adjudicated in 2011
