City To Rethink Launching Opt-out Municipal Aggregation Due To COVID-19 Budget Crunch

The City of Del Mar in California is reconsidering its participation in developing a community choice aggregation program among several jurisdictions, due to start-up costs and a budget crunch from declining tax revenue (such as hotel taxes, sales taxes, etc.) and associated budget crunch due to the COVID-19 crisis, the San Diego Union-Tribune reports (see the story here)
