County-Wide Muni Aggregation Effort Could Be First For New Jersey

The South Jersey Times, via NJ.com, reports that municipal aggregation efforts are moving beyond individual towns, with the proposal for a county-wide Gloucester opt-out aggregation.

"It's kind of limiting your right to choose, because the government's going to say 'We're going to pick your energy supplier,'" said opt-out aggregation critic Washington Township Councilman Chris Del Borrello. "There's a way to get out, but you don't even know you're going to get thrown in," the South Jersey Times quotes Del Borrello as saying
