FWIW: Texas Transplant Laments Lack of Electric Choice in Arizona, Cites High Bills

We came across this city-data.com bulletin board posting for the Phoenix area purporting to be from a former Texas resident who is shocked about their high Arizona electric bill, and asking if Arizona offered choice as they had in Dallas.

We make no averment as to whether this is a bona fide customer critique, or a front for a pseudo grass-roots effort to keep the choice debate alive in Arizona, but believe it is noteworthy in any case
