Residents Say They Are In The Dark On N.J. Opt-Out Aggregation

June 04,2014

NorthJersey.com reports that 2nd Ward Township Councilman Cary Africk is raising concerns with a proposed opt-out municipal electric aggregation in Montclair, New Jersey.

"Africk took to the Montclair Watercooler community blog to express his concerns over how the proposed aggregation would have an opt-out policy as opposed to an opt-in agreement," NorthJersey.com reports.

Africk has especially raised concerns with the aggregation's impact on senior citizens, according to NorthJersey.com.
