Regulator Issues Findings Related To Retail Suppliers’ RPS Compliance (Opportunity To Challenge)

The Connecticut PURA issued a notice of preliminary findings and determinations related to retail suppliers' RPS compliance for the year 2015

Retail suppliers have until July 10 to contest any of PURA's preliminary findings. At least a few suppliers have typically found the need to file corrections in past years after reviewing the preliminary findings.
