PALMco Energy Provides One Year of Free Energy to Connecticut Habitat for Humanity Family
February 24,2017
PALMco Energy announced it will be covering the cost of electricity and natural gas for the Pamphile family, new homeowners through Habitat for Humanity Coastal Fairfield County (Habitat CFC), for one year.
This past year, PALMco Energy team members volunteered at Habitat CFC construction sites as well as contributed $3,000 to help support Habitat for Humanity's mission to improve lives by partnering with low-income families, community volunteers and donors to build decent and affordable homes in stable and welcoming neighborhoods.
This partnership is a part of PALMco Cares, an ongoing effort to give back to the communities in which PALMco serves. Launched in December 2013, PALMco Cares' inaugural campaign donated to the American Childhood Cancer Organization (ACCO). They have also recently supported the Boys and Girls Club of Hudson County, NJ, Christo Rey School, Up2Us Sports, and funded environmental science programs through DonorsChoose.org.
