The New York PSC will convene a collaborative conference on Friday, October 7, 2016, concerning Case 15-E-0751, In the Matter of the Value of Distributed Energy Resources.

The purpose of the conference will be to discuss a revised straw proposal that has been the subject of ongoing discussions within the collaborative. The discussion straw proposal describes the major elements of an interim methodology for the valuation of, and compensation for, distributed energy resources in New York State.
