Entrust Energy Acquires Customers from Reach Energy
(HOUSTON) May 9, 2014 – Entrust Energy Inc., a Texas-based retail electricity and natural gas provider that serves more than 100,000 residential and commercial customers across the nation, announced today that it has acquired substantially all of Reach Energy, LLC's residential and small commercial electric retail contracts. Without disruption, the affected contracts will transfer to Entrust Energy under the existing price and terms, effective May 10, 2014.

Reach Energy, based in Arlington, Texas is a Retail Electricity Provider that has been operation since 2009 with approximately 5,000 residential and small commercial customers. On May 8, 2014, ERCOT began transitioning the Reach Energy electricity accounts to Entrust Energy.
