Berkshire Hathaway has emerged as a "leading" bidder for Oncor, Bloomberg reports, joining NextEra Energy.

Other bidders or companies expressing interest include Edison International, Borealis Infrastructure Management, and Singapore’s GIC Special Investments, Bloomberg reports
