Texas PUC's Anderson Proposes Conditions for Hunt Purchase of Oncor

Texas Public Utility Commissioner Kenneth Anderson filed a memo detailing a series of conditions that he believes are necessary before the Commission can find that the acquisition of Ocnor by affiliates of Hunt Consolidated meets PURA's public interest standard
