El Paso Customers To See Rate Hike
March 01,2016 A settlement has been reached regarding a rate case at monopoly Texas utility El Paso Electric which will see residential bills increase by 9% on average, KVIA reports Other rate classes will see an 8% increase, KVIA reports The settlement includes a $37 million increase in base rates.
