WSJ: Energy Future Sues to Force Sale of Oncor Minority Stake

The Wall Street Journal reports that Energy Future Holdings has filed a suit to compel Texas Transmission, owner of a minority stake in Oncor, to acquiesce to its bankruptcy exit plan, which includes the sale of Oncor to Hunt Consolidated affiliates and other investors
