EFH Now Calls Hunt Takeover of Oncor "Superior" Path for Bankruptcy Exit

Energy Future Holdings now considers, "a buyout offer for Oncor from junior bondholders, in an alliance with Hunt Consolidated Inc., [as] 'the superior path'," to an exit from bankruptcy, the Wall Street Journal reports

Under the exit plan, TXU Energy and Luminant would be transferred to senior creditors
