Update: N.J. Muni Aggregation Returning Customers to Default Service

Customers of New Jersey's second-oldest opt-out municipal aggregation, in Toms River, are being returned to default service, Toms River Patch reports in an update.
RetailEnergyX.com first reported in March that Toms River would return customers to BGS, due to unfavorable pricing in the competitive market
