Texas retail electric provider Penstar Power is now listing offers on the Power to Choose site.

Though active since 2004, Penstar Power has not listed a plan on Power to Choose for several years.

On Power to Choose, Penstar Power is now listing prepaid offers for customers at Oncor and CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric.
