Industrials Decry Rate-Setting Process At Salt River Project

The Arizona Republic reports that industrial customers, such as those who are members of Arizonans for Electric Choice and Competition, are upset with the accelerated rate-setting process at Salt River Project

Electric customers also oppose the use of revenues from electricity to subsidize SRP's water operations.
