AEP Texas said in a market notice that, in compliance with Docket No. 49494, Application of AEP Texas Inc. For Authority to Change Rates, and in accordance with Ordering Paragraph No. 46, AEP Texas has published a "rate matrix" on its website showing the riders applicable to the AEP Texas central and north divisions, effective May 29, 2020.

The matrix does not show the individual rates, but rather the applicability of each rider to each legacy service area

Additionally, new SAC04 Codes have been published, for various new riders adopted under the rate case

The new SAC04 Codes are:

• Income Tax Refund Rider - CRE030

• Regulatory Asset Recovery Rider - MSC051

• Texas North Transmission Credit Rider - RRR001

• Capital Reconciliation Rider - RRR006
