The Bayford Group has completed its acquisition of U.K. retail energy supplier E (Gas and Electricity).

E serves over 320,000 customer accounts, with sales of £160m in 2019

Bayford previously launched retail energy supplier Gulf Gas and Power in the U.K. and Netherlands

Bayford is considering investments in battery storage, electric charge points, among other innovative energy solutions
