Complaint Alleges 'Fraud' By Energy Broker In Procuring Bids For Energy Supply For City In New York

A complaint filed with the Saratoga Springs, NY police alleges that a new broker used by the city for its electricity and natural gas supply, "fraudulently", presented bids, "to deceive the City of Saratoga Springs Commissioner of Accounts, as the purchasing agent," the Albany Times-Union reports
