San Jose Seeking To Turn All Of PG&E Into Consumer-Owned Utility

San Jose will seek to convert the entirety of Pacific Gas & Electric (not just assets within San Jose) into a consumer-owned utility, the Wall Street Journal reported (story here), based on an interview with San Jose Mayor Sam Liccardo

PG&E has said that its facilities are not for sale
