Another Town In LIPA Service Area Considers Forming Electric Municipal Aggregation

East Hampton, NY is holding public forums in an evaluation of creating an electricity opt-out municipal aggregation, the East Hampton Star reports

East Hampton is in the Long Island Power Authority service area, which has not seen any opt-out municipal aggregations to date

As previously reported, Southampton, NY, also in LIPA, recently selected a consultant for a municipal aggregation (community choice aggregation)
