CA Taxpayer Advocate Says Municipal Aggregation, "A Luxury Amid San Diego’s Poverty, Homelessness"

Haney Hong, president and CEO of the San Diego (Calif.) County Taxpayers Association, has now had an op-ed published in the Times of San Diego in which Hong says that a community choice aggregation should not be considered until San Diego addresses its homelessness and housing problems
