The Fresno Bee reports that some California utilities and business leaders are warning that the state could outlaw the use of natural gas in a push for decarbonization, such as requiring all-electric home and appliances

While the California retail natural gas choice market has its challenges, the retail natural gas market does not have any caps such as the retail electric market
