New Jersey Municipal Leaders Express "Serious Concerns" With Municipal Aggregation

TAPinto Roxbury reports that the Roxbury (New Jersey) Mayor and Council voted on first reading to take steps to consider an opt-out municipal electric aggregation, but various municipal leaders still express concerns with aggregation, particularly the opt-out nature of the program

Any program would still need to pass a second reading and as a resolution, but the first reading vote allows the process to move forward and for more info to be gathered
