June 28,2019

Len Suzio, former Connecticut state senator, filed a letter with PURA expressing disappointment with a sample bill CL&P mailed to customers educating them about recent bill changes to better present information on retail supplier rates and related info

Suzio alleged that the sample did not adequately explain the information nor adequately highlight the current versus next cycle rate

Suzio also criticized the font as too small
