New York Municipal Aggregation Results In "Mass Confusion", "Anger" Among Customers

The Binghamton (NY) Press & Sun-Bulletin reports that the new opt-out municipal electric aggregation being run by the Municipal Electric and Gas Alliance (MEGA) in New York, covering some 21 towns, has created "mass confusion" and some "anger" among residents

One resident said he was "surprised" that the default action was to be included in the aggregation
