SCANA Energy is engaged in a rebranding after the previously reported closing of the merger of its parent SCANA with Dominion.

SCANA Energy on its website says in a splash image that "SCANA Energy is becoming Dominion Energy"

In an FAQ about the change, SCANA Energy states, "Our name will change in the near future and we’ll let you know in advance of the change. You’ll begin to see the Dominion Energy logo more and more over the next few months, however, we’ll still be known as SCANA Energy for now."
