The Value of Distributed Energy Resources Working Group regarding Rate Design (Rate Design Working Group) established under New York PSC Case 15-E-0751 will be holding meetings on the following dates:

On April 15, 2019 from 1:00 PM to 4:15 PM, the Rate Design Working Group will meet at the Department of Public Service’s Albany Offices at Three Empire State Plaza, 19th Floor Boardroom in Albany, with video conferencing to the Department’s New York City Office at 90 Church Street, 4th Floor Boardroom in New York City. The meeting will include a presentation by the Staff consultant of an analytical approach to rate options and an introduction to prioritization framework used to evaluate rate design options.

On May 23, 2019 from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM, the Rate Design Working Group will meet at the Department of Public Service’s New York City Office at 90 Church Street, 4th Floor Boardroom in New York City. The meeting will include further discussion of the Prioritization Framework and its application to different rate designs. A detailed agenda will be published in a subsequent notice.
