Trial Set For $1 Billion Suit Against Entergy re: Use Of Own Generation Versus Market Purchases

A trial has been set for a lawsuit filed by Mississippi's attorney general against Entergy Mississippi, with the AG alleging that Entergy over-charged customers by relying on its own plants for supply instead of purchasing supplies from merchant generators, the AP reports

The AG is seeking to recover more than $1 billion.
