In a 10-K, Calpine reported that its retail segment provided approximately 62 billion KWh to customers in 2018 consisting of approximately 6.2 million annualized residential customer equivalents.

Calpine reported that its Retail segment recorded Commodity Margin of $357 million for the year 2018, versus $396 million a year ago

Commodity Margin in the Retail segment decreased by $39 million in 2018 compared to the prior year primarily due to higher purchased energy and capacity supply costs in Texas and the Northeast.

The Retail segment reported income from operations (which includes mark-to-market impacts) of $204 million for 2018, versus $154 million a year ago

Total operating revenues for the Retail segment were $3.976 billion in 2018, versus $3.797 billion a year ago
