The Municipal Electric & Gas Alliance (MEGA) made a presentation to the leaders of Spencer Village, NY regarding joining the opt-out municipal aggregation, Ithaca.com reports

According to Ithaca.com, Doug Barton, representing MEGA, stated, "MEGA guarantees a stable, better price for the life of the contract."
