New Mexico Bill Would Authorize Municipal Aggregations

A bill (SB 374) has been introduced into the New Mexico legislature that would authorize opt-out municipal aggregation for electricity

Among other things, the bill authorizes imposition of an exit fee from the utilities for such aggregations, with certain provisions set forth in the bill
