Industry veterans Lorraine Alexander and Elisabeth (Charnley) Bottomley announced they and partners Russ Monroe and Tim Lockwood have purchased the rights to the Pricelock auction platform and have launched a new wholesale energy procurement platform and company, Bidwell Energy, LLC.

Alexander and Bottomley both previously held senior positions at World Energy Solutions, leading Wholesale Sales and Operations, respectively

Bidwell Energy will provide its auction services for wholesale procurements, with a focus on utilities

However, there is potential for wholesale procurement for entities other than utilities.

Bidwell is not performing procurements for retail end-customers
