Texas PUC Staff Outline Policy Questions For Real-Time Co-optimization

Staff of the Texas PUC filed a memo concerning various policy questions to be addressed by the Commission as a result of the decision to move forward with adoption of real-time co-optimization (RTC) of energy and ancillary services (AS) in the ERCOT market
Staff also recommended holding a technical workshop, and a request for stakeholder comment on any additional policy issues that should be addressed
