ESCOs and distributed generation providers filed comments with the New York PSC concerning the application of new cybersecurity requirements to distributed energy resource (DER) providers

The various comments recite previously raised issues with the utilities' sought cybersecurity requirements (including insurance) and those raised in a Mission:data Coalition petition for declaratory ruling
