- Interior and exterior LED lighting upgrades

- Water conservation upgrades

- Building automation system upgrades

- Unitary HVAC replacements

- District-wide plug load control

- Power factor correction at Del Rio High School and Garfield Elementary School

- Building envelope upgrades
