Rhoads Energy is to ultimately purchase the Amerigreen residential and commercial natural-gas business of defunct Worley & Obetz under a bankruptcy court-approved sale, Lancaster Online reports

Under the sale process, Rhoads Energy is acquiring the retail natural gas business from Diesel Direct, which first will acquire various of the Worley & Obetz businesses, retaining some while selling others, including the natural gas business, to Rhoads
