7X To Sell Texas Solar Power Plant

Duke Energy Renewables Solar, LLC ("DER") and 7X Energy, Inc. applied at the Texas PUC for authorization of a transaction under which DER will acquire from 7X 100% of the membership interests in Lapetus Energy Project, LLC, which owns a solar photovoltaic ("PV") project under development in Andrews County, TX, with a proposed total installed nameplate capacity of 99.2 MW that will be interconnected into the Electric Reliability Council of Texas ("ERCOT") power region.
