Lightsource BP announced today the acquisition of 6 (six) solar development assets from Orion Renewable Energy Group LLC.
The 135MW DC portfolio consists of projects in PJM, in Pennsylvania and Maryland.
"The acquisition of the largest solar development portfolio in Pennsylvania builds on our proven reputation as a global renewable energy leader," said Nick Boyle, Lightsource BP Group CEO.
In December 2017, BP announced a $200 million investment into Lightsource.
