Retail Supplier Parent Acquires HVAC, Energy Services Firm

ENGIE North America Inc. announced that it has acquired Donnelly Mechanical Corporation, a mechanical, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), and energy services contractor headquartered in New York City.
Donnelly was founded in 1989 and has more than 200 employees serving customers in a range of industries from healthcare, to data centers, to commercial real estate.
Following two other recent acquisitions of prominent mechanical and electrical service providers in the U.S. – a portfolio of six mechanical service companies from the Talen Energy Group in addition to the Unity International Group – Engie said that the Donnelly Mechanical acquisition continues to strengthen ENGIE’s capacity to deliver mechanical service, maintenance, construction, commissioning, and energy solutions in North America.
ENGIE said that it is, "focused on continued growth across North America, uniting leading-edge mechanical and electrical contracting solutions with its existing portfolio of energy supply, energy optimization, and building modernization offerings to commercial, industrial, and public-sector customers."
