Pa. PUC Spokesperson Quoted As Saying "A Lot" of Customers Were "Misled" by Retail Suppliers

In a story concerning the energy shopping process for customers, a spokesperson for the Pennsylvania PUC is quoted by The Midweek Wire as saying that "a lot" of customers were "misled" by retail suppliers last winter.

“Last winter, a lot of customers were misled or maybe didn’t pay attention to what would happen when their rates expired,” The Midweek Wire quotes Robin Tilley, spokesperson for the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, as saying.
