ENGIE Storage, formerly Green Charge named clean energy vet Marc Roper chief commercial officer.

Roper joins ENGIE Storage with more than 25 years of experience in market development of distributed energy resource technologies.

Throughout his career Roper has held executive roles at Alta Energy, Sovereign Modular, CODA Energy, Tioga Energy, Turner Renewable Energy, and SCHOTT Solar. Early in his career, he managed the residential business of AstroPower, and led renewable energy programs for the Colorado Energy Office.
