New York Utilities File Model Tariff For Hybrid Storage, DG System

Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation, Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc., New York State Electric & Gas Corporation, Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid, Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc., and Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation (collectively, the “Joint Utilities”) filed with the New York PSC a single joint model tariff for compensation of a hybrid energy storage system (“ESS”) and distributed generation (“DG”) system interconnected with the three-meter configuration approved in the PSC's April 19, 2018 Order Modifying Standardized Interconnection Requirements (the “Model Tariff”) for the Commission’s consideration.
