Centrica Reports Departure Date of Int’l Downstream Leader, New Reporting Structure for Direct CEO

Centrica reported that Chris Weston, currently Centrica’s Managing Director International Downstream and whose departure from the company was first announced in May , will leave Centrica on December 31, 2014.
The International Downstream segment includes Direct Energy's retail operations.
Additionally, Centrica announced that, with effect from 1 December 2014, Badar Khan, President and CEO of Direct Energy, will report to the Chief Executive of Centrica. Khan had previously reported to Weston.
