Maine Adopts Final Rule Allowing T&D Utilities To Have Generation Affiliates

The Maine PUC adopted final rules to implement recently enacted legislation that permits an investor-owned transmission and distribution (T&D) utility to have generation affiliates subject to statutory restrictions and Commission-adopted standards of conduct.
