AMERIgreen Energy, Inc. recently sold its lubricants division of biolubricants, motor oils, greases and fluids to RelaDyne, Inc.

AMERIgreen will continue to provide energy products of biodiesel, refined fuels, propane, electricity and natural gas, as well as their hedging and marketing services.
